enasclub is a live skill-based gaming platform where players challenge real opponents, compete for prizes, and monetize their gaming skills.
We have been building for a year and have already grown to over 2,700 registered users and facilitated many competitions.
Now, we are looking for a passionate and capable Frontend Developer ready to join as a Technical Co-Founder and help take the platform to the next level.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Take ownership of frontend development and improve the existing platform.
• Build new features and deliver a smooth, reliable user experience.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and usability challenges.
• Work closely with the founder on product strategy, technical decisions, and future development.
• Leverage AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, improve code quality, and deliver features efficiently.
• Help establish the technical foundation needed to scale enasclub.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong React and React Native skills: Experience building and maintaining web applications with React and mobile applications with React Native. Familiarity with our existing codebase is an advantage.
• AI-driven development: Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to write, review, debug, and improve code. You should know how to guide AI effectively, verify its output, and ensure the resulting code is secure, maintainable, and production-ready.
• Problem-solving ability: Comfortable working with an existing codebase, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing new features independently.
• Ownership and accountability: Able to take responsibility for frontend development, make sound technical decisions, and follow through on commitments.
• Product mindset: Interested in understanding users' needs and building features that improve engagement, usability, and platform growth.
• Startup mindset: Willing to work closely with the founder, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to building a business from its current stage.
THE OPPORTUNITY
enasclub is an early-stage startup, and we are not currently in a position to offer a fixed salary. This is a Technical Co-Founder opportunity with equity participation open for discussion, based on experience, commitment, responsibilities, and mutual fit.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the product's technical direction, work directly with the founder, and play a significant role in growing an existing gaming platform.
