岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责微信基础功能的业务数据采集、实时与离线数仓设计与指标体系建设，提供及时、稳定、可信的数据支撑;

2.优化现有数据流程，提高数据处理效率和质量;

3.负责面向业务方的数据资产建设，沉淀清晰、稳定、可靠的公共数据模型和指标口径，完善数据说明与使用规范。

岗位要求 / Requirements

1.2 年以上 PB 级大数据研发经验，精通 Hadoop 生态、Spark 调优及 Flink 实时开发;

2.熟悉实时/离线数据仓库体系建设，有数仓系统优化/数据治理相关经验优先;

3.熟悉 Doris/StarRocks 等 OLAP 引擎及 Hudi/Iceberg 湖仓技术，具备选型与落地能力;

4.学习能力强，具备良好的跨团队（产品/算法/后端）沟通与协同能力。
