We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Office in the Philippines.

What is the role about?

• The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory;
• Promote and sell Endress+Hauser products, solutions and services while developing new business opportunities and customer relationships;
• Establish meaningful, measurable and achievable goals and execute action plans to support sustainable business growth.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Drive sales development and achieve business targets within the assigned territory;
• Develop existing accounts and generate new business opportunities;
• Promote Endress+Hauser products, solutions and services to customers;
• Build trusted customer relationships and provide value-added technical solutions;
• Consult customers to identify the best-fit solutions for their application needs;
• Manage customer enquiries and support a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Identify project opportunities and support business growth initiatives;
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and sales information in Salesforce;
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable business success.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline;
• MBA is a plus;
• Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Semiconductor, Food & Beverage, or other process industries;
• Experience in process automation, instrumentation or industrial solutions is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently;
• Strong networking skills and intercultural understanding;
• Integrity and a strong sense of accountability;
• Proficiency in English and Filipino;
• Willingness to travel as required.
