About the team

You will join the Performance Marketing team behind Snakzy, a play-to-earn rewarded gaming app on Android with users across the US. The team is small and hands-on: media buying, creative production, and rewards economics all sit together, and everyone owns their numbers. You will be the first dedicated ASO hire, which means the Google Play listing becomes yours on day one, with a graphic designer and a motion team already in place to produce whatever you want to test.

Responsibilities

• Own the Snakzy Google Play store listing end to end across all surfaces: app name, icon, feature graphic, screenshots, promo video, short and full description

• Run a continuous store listing experiment program in Play Console and turn results into decisions

• Own keyword research, metadata optimisation for US with more markets to follow

• Build and maintain custom store listings mapped to our paid acquisition campaigns

• Own LiveOps promotional content and the seasonal listing calendar

• Report on store listing CVR, organic installs and keyword performance every week

• Track competitor listings and category movement

Requirements

• 2+ years working on App Store Optimization for Android apps, in-house or at an agency with direct Console access

• Proven hands-on experience running Google Play Store listing experiments, with results you can talk through

• Strong keyword research and metadata skills for Google Play

• Comfortable working with Play Console reporting plus an MMP such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, and a product analytics tool such as Mixpanel.

• Able to brief and direct designers, and to judge whether an asset is worth shipping

• Good English, written and spoken

Nice to have: mobile gaming or rewards app experience, Sensor Tower or AppTweak, and an understanding of how Google UAC uses store listing assets.

€23,280-€30,000 gross per year, depending on skills and experience.
