Summary
Responsible for implementation and support of sales strategies to gain market share of our AMS product line. Manage the sales force, gather and analyze market intelligence and ensure profitability of sales.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Sell equipment and aftermarket services to various customers in assigned territories
- Manage existing accounts and prospects for new opportunities in manufacturing, oil and gas industries.
- Participate in sales and marketing strategies and plans for Nigeria with measurable market impact.
- Develop and maintain techniques to analyze and assess key customers and industry trends within the oil & gas industry
- Participate in business development activities required to achieve set revenue targets for the product line
- Develop pricing strategies for different product lines and reviews bids and proposals to ensure we achieve the minimum profitability thresholds.
- Prepares Project Approval Forms (PAFs) and economic justification for new projects in Nigeria.
- Maintain knowledge of current and future trends within markets for all Enerflex products and services
- Review with country manager and controller, actual financial results against forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Aligns processes across department lines with creation/development of new reports to ensure increased efficiency and accuracy of reporting to management
- Assists management in special projects as assigned.
- Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of progressive experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of management within and outside the company.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines without direct day-to-day supervision
- Analytical skills, competence in financial / sensitivity analysis
- Competent in software applications, databases, statistics
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Physical Requirements
This position is primarily based in an office environment, with the requirement for site visits as circumstances dictate. Flexibility in working arrangements is imperative.
