ポジションについて

Trading & Balancingチームは、電力取引、需給計画、JEPX・OCCTO等の市場運営機関への計画提出、外部システム連携を担うバックエンドシステムを開発・運用しています。実際の提出期限や取引締切のもとで稼働するため、開発速度だけでなく、正確性・追跡可能性・運用信頼性が重要です。

（シニア）ソフトウェアエンジニアとして、ゼロからの新規開発だけでなく、既存の本番システムを理解し、機能追加・リファクタリング・段階的なモダナイゼーションを進めます。取引システムを中心としたGoと、計画提出・市場連携を中心としたPythonを主に用い、REST／gRPC API、スケジュール／イベント駆動処理、データベース、社内外システム連携を幅広く担当します。MLOps・Data・Platform/SREの各チームと密接に連携しますが、機械学習モデルの開発そのものを担当するポジションではありません。

・社内サービス、市場運営機関、ベンダー、業務システムと連携するREST／gRPC APIの構築・保守

・計画提出、データ連携、注文・約定処理、業務自動化のためのスケジュール／イベント駆動ワークフローの実装

・既存のGo・Pythonサービスに対する機能開発、リファクタリング、段階的な移行

・自動テスト、構造化ログ、監視、明確な運用手順による正確性と監査可能性の向上

・コードレビュー、アーキテクチャ議論、障害対応、非難のないポストモーテムへの参加

・Data、MLOps、Platform/SRE、事業・運用部門と連携したドメイン要件の保守可能なソフトウェアへの落とし込み

[About the Role]

The Trading & Balancing team builds and operates the backend systems that execute critical workflows for power trading, supply-demand planning, market submissions (JEPX, OCCTO), and external integrations. These services run under real submission windows and trading deadlines, so correctness, traceability, and operational reliability matter as much as delivery speed. As a (Senior) Software Engineer, you will extend and modernize existing production systems, working mainly in Go (trading) and Python (plan submission and market integration) across REST/gRPC APIs, scheduled and event-driven workflows, databases, and integrations. You collaborate closely with MLOps, Data, and Platform/SRE, but do not own machine-learning model development itself.

- Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate reliable software for power trading, balancing, and market operations on GCP.

- Build and maintain REST and gRPC APIs and integrations with internal services, market operators, vendors, and business systems.

- Implement scheduled and event-driven workflows for plan submission, data exchange, order and trade processing, and operational automation.

- Develop features, refactor code, and execute incremental migrations across existing Go and Python services.

- Improve correctness and auditability through automated testing, structured logging, monitoring, and clear operational procedures.

- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, incident response, and blameless post-mortems.

- Collaborate with Data, MLOps, Platform/SRE, and business and operational stakeholders to translate domain requirements into maintainable software.

給与

年収 800万円 〜 1,500万円 ※経験・スキル・成果に応じて決定

・給与形態：年俸制（16分割）

・賞与：年2回（年俸16分割のうち2/16を原則6月・12月に支給。会社・個人の成果に応じ最大50%増の可能性あり）

・昇給：あり（評価に基づく）

・各種手当：生涯設計手当 15,000円/月、社員紹介手当（試用期間終了後 100,000円／その後毎月 10,000円）、通勤費実費支給

・支払日：毎月20日（金融機関の非営業日の場合は直前営業日）

Annual salary: JPY 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 (determined by experience, skills, and performance).

- Annual salary system (paid in 16 installments); bonus twice a year (2/16 of the annual salary in June and December in principle; up to +50% based on company and individual performance).

- Raises based on evaluation. Allowances include a life-plan allowance (JPY 15,000/month), a referral allowance, and commuting expenses.
