We are Enhance, a full service digital agency devoted to tailored web solutions, digital marketing, branding, and communications. We are looking for a Content Creator to join our team in Heraklion, Greece, through the DYPA 30+ employment program.

This role is ideal for someone aged 30+, who genuinely enjoys content creation, thinks creatively, works well in a team, and wants to grow in a dynamic agency environment. A driving licence and the ability to move around Crete for content production are important.

We are looking to fill this position within the next 10 days.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Arts, or a related field is welcome, but not required
• Strong interest in content creation and social media
• Familiarity with basic image and video editing tools, as well as AI tools
• Creative thinking and a goal oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Team spirit, consistency, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Create and support content for social media and digital channels
• Contribute ideas for posts, reels, videos, and campaigns
• Assist with content planning and editorial calendars
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver content aligned with each brand’s goals
