We are Enhance, a full-service digital agency specializing in tailor-made web solutions, strategic branding, and immersive content creation.
We’re currently looking for a creative visual designer with strong skills in motion design, video editing and UI design, to support our growing creative team in Heraklion, Greece.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in graphic/motion/web design
Strong portfolio including animated content and web design work
Mastery of After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop
High proficiency in Figma (we work daily in it)
Excellent visual composition, typography, color & layout skills
Ability to work independently, manage time and meet deadlines
Fluent in English and Greek
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics and video assets using After
Effects and Premiere for websites, campaigns and reels.
- Design modern websites and interfaces in Figma based on clear UX/UI principles and brand guidelines
Support branding projects with design assets (logos, typography, presentation decks etc.)
Contribute to graphic content for social media, campaigns and brand storytelling
Collaborate with strategists, developers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive results
Present and explain your ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with CapCut, Adobe XD, Canva or similar tools
Understanding of accessibility, responsive design and UX patterns
Familiarity with branding systems and brand development
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
