岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责面向汽车智能座舱场景的感知模型研发和量产落地，包括但不限于纯 CV 模型、多模态模型等;

2. 跟踪并研究计算机视觉、多模态大模型等前沿 AI领域技术，驱动模型进化和在汽车智能座舱领域落地;

3. 保障模型的项目交付和质量;

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 国内外高校数学、物理、计算机、人工智能、电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历;

2. 具备扎实的机器学习或者深度学习理论功底，精通 CV深度学习，包括但不限于分类、分割、检测、动作识别等经典任务; 熟悉包括蒸馏在内的模型压缩技术;

3. 熟悉VIT/CLIP/DINO等基于transformer的常用模型，了解大语言模型/多模态大模型的微调和后训练;

4. 拥有优秀的技术自驱力、系统性解决问题的思维以及良好的沟通能力;

5. 在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICML等顶会发表论文者优先;

6. 有大厂或汽车行业从业经历优先; 有3D视觉建模经验优先
