Job Overview:

The Field Service Engineer will assist with liquid and gas equipment installation, troubleshooting, liquid/gas canister changes and facilitate prompt return of empty cylinders and canisters. Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company. The successful candidate will provide professional quality of work and support to Entegris Customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installs new or modified equipment at customer's facilityto ensure full functionality accordingto specifications.

• Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.On duty phone needed and standby for 24 hours on call

• Maintains records of performance reports.

• Assists in the development of service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, engineering changes, and overall knowledge of product.

• Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, engineering change upgrades, etc. of allEntegrisequipment.

• Attend all personal and technical training to maintain a professional level of engineering expertise.

Education/Experience:

• Two-yeartechnical school degree in engineering, science or chemistry field requiredand afour-yearCollege Degree is a positive.

• 3+Experience in field support/serviceof similar experiencewith a capital equipmentcompanyrequired. CVD/CMP/WET moduleEE&PE experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal and writtencommunicationand customer interactingskills
