グローバルメトロロジーアンドアナリィティックス所属の米沢パーティクルラボ において、R&Dケミスト／化学エンジニア を募集しています。このポジションでは、液体用フィルターの新製品開発および応用技術開発に向けた粒子試験およびろ過性能試験を主導 していただきます。
主な業務内容は、米沢パーティクルラボにおける粒子試験装置およびフィルター試験装置の操作 です。また、有害化学物質を取り扱う粒子測定装置を安全に運用できるよう、ラボ技術員の監督業務 も担当していただきます。
そのほか、試験スケジュールの立案、試験サンプルの準備、トラブルシューティングの実施、依頼者向けのレポート作成 業務も担当していただきます。
In this role you will:
Performparticletesting based on established methods. Mainlyconductfiltration testingat Yonezawa particle Lab.
Filtration testing includeshazardous chemicaloperation. The operation must follow theruleandregulationnot only from OSHA but also Entegris rules.
Maintain a safe laboratory environment through compliance with Entegris policies.
Communicate results through written reports and oral presentations.
Successfully applytest resultsintoscientific principles,theoriesand conceptsforeachproject.
Work withProduct RD and Application engineeringfor testing.
Participate in site Continuous Improvement activities across safety, quality, and efficiency.
CreatetestSOP, testplanandtest reports, and other technical documents asrequired.
Collaborate with and support other internal functional groups as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.
既定の標準試験手法に基づいた粒子試験を実施 する。主に米沢パーティクルラボにおいてろ過試験を実施 する。
ろ過試験には有害化学物質の取り扱い が含まれるため、OSHA（労働安全衛生規則）だけでなく、Entegrisの社内規則および手順を遵守 して作業を行う必要がある。
Entegrisのポリシーを遵守することで、安全な実験室環境を維持 する。
書面によるレポートおよび口頭での発表 を通じて、試験結果をグループ内外に共有する。
各プロジェクトにおいて、試験結果を工学的原理、理論、概念に基づいて適切に考察 する。
新製品開発および応用技術エンジニアリングチームと連携 し、試験業務を行う。
安全・品質・効率 の観点から、米沢工場における継続的改善（CI）活動に参画 する。
必要に応じて、試験SOP、試験計画書、試験報告書、その他の技術文書を作成 する。
必要に応じて、社内の他部門と連携し、その支援を行う 。
その他、割り当てられた業務を遂行する。
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
A bachelor orhigherdegree inChemistry or Chemical Engineeringmust
5-10years of lab experience using analytical equipment w/ equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skillspreferred.
Hands on experienceandthoroughknowledgeforhazardous chemicalsmust.
Prior experience working incleanroomenvironment preferred.
Prior experience Microsoft office preferred.
Ability to clearly communicate technical information and ideas to internal and external audiences.
Strong written and verbal communicationskills must.
Strongpersonnelteam building skills. Good Team player.
Well organized.
Primarily in the laboratory, occasionally in manufacturing process areas that may include a clean room environment.
GoodEnglish communication skillpreferred, and willing to learn must.
化学または化学工学分野における学士号以上 を有していること（必須）。
分析機器を使用した5～10年程度のラボ実務経験 を有し、各種分析装置、製造装置に関する経験、知識およびトラブルシューティング能力 があれば尚可。
有害化学物質を取り扱う業務経験および十分な知識 を有していること（必須）。
クリーンルーム環境での勤務経験 があれば尚可。
Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）の使用経験 があれば尚可。
社内外の関係者に対して、技術的な情報や考えを明確に伝える能力 を有していること。
優れた文書作成能力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力 を有していること（必須）。
チームビルディング力が高く、協調性のあるチームプレーヤー であること。
整理整頓能力が高い こと。
主な勤務場所は実験室 であるが、必要に応じてクリーンルーム環境を含む製造プロセスエリアでの業務 が発生する場合がある。
英語でのコミュニケーション能力 があれば尚可。あわせて、学習意欲があること 。
