Job Description:

Position Summary:

  • The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization isseekinga motivated and collaborative Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work oncutting-edgetechnologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to commercialization.

  • Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis tooptimizefilter performance.

  • Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successfulcriteria.

  • Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.

  • Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.

  • Support projects with up to10% travel.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in chemistry,chemicalengineeringand MaterialScience

  • Experience in the following areas is a strong plus:

  • Semiconductor process engineering / integration engineering experience

  • Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, especially filtration and purification systems

  • Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)

  • Proficiencyin statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP,PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making.

  • ExcellentEnglishcommunication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
