We are looking for a motivated Application Support Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Analyze and manage client support requests related to sales and field operations
- Provide ongoing support for CRM and Mobile applications and assist clients in resolving system-related issues
- Guide clients on best practices and ensure optimal use of the systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle support requests and ensure high service quality
- Work closely with ERP teams to support system integration
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience in a technical support role or internship, academic projects
- Knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Ability to analyze business processes and troubleshoot issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player with customer-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of XML
- Familiarity with CRM/Mobile business applications
