About the Job
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LPO Trainer to drive training and development across our BPO operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for both new hires and existing employees. You'll work closely with operations teams to enhance product knowledge, strengthen process adherence, and elevate overall performance to meet key business objectives.

Location: Mumbai (Bhayandar)
Shift: Flexible with shift timings.
Job Responsibilities / Expectations
Training Delivery
- Conduct process training programs for new hires
- Deliver refresher, upskilling, and cross-skilling sessions.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure trainees understand process guidelines, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Content Development
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
- Incorporate process updates and client requirements into training content.
- Create engaging learning activities and role-play exercises.
Performance Monitoring
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations.
- Identify knowledge gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Track training effectiveness and report training outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams.
- Support process transitions and new client implementations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees and team leaders.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all training programs align with client and organizational standards.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification data.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in training.
- Prior experience with LPO process processes.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training batches and deadlines.
