About the role
As a Data Validation Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our After Sales team. You will provide administrative support to team members, manage data and documentation, and prepare reports using tools such as SAP and Excel. Working closely with colleagues across the organization, you will help ensure that information is accurate, processes run efficiently, and our customers receive a high level of service.
What you would be doing in this position:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to After Sales team members
Perform various administrative and operational tasks in SAP
Work extensively with Excel to organize, maintain, and process data
Download and manage worksheets and other relevant documentation
Prepare, update, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation
What we are looking for
Active student status for at least one more year at a Hungarian institution
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage
At least B2-level English skills, both written and spoken
Confident Excel skills and willingness to work with data on a daily basis
Previous experience with SAP is an advantage, but don’t worry if you haven’t used it before, we will provide the necessary training
A motivated, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset
Relevant experience is considered as an advantage
Hybrid work model preferred (approx. 50% remote after training)
