About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will support recruitment, learning & development, employee experience, and HR projects, gaining broad exposure across the HR function while partnering with managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Learning & Talent Development

• Coordinate training activities and learning programs.
• Identify development needs with business leaders.
• Support performance management and talent development processes.
• Monitor training metrics and reports.

HR Projects & Employee Experience

• Participate in HR projects and people initiatives.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and internal communication.
• Monitor HR KPIs and contribute to process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Around 6 years of HR experience.
• Strong recruitment experience and exposure to learning & development.
• Native Spanish and English B2+.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and service-oriented approach.
• Experience in multinational or industrial environments is a plus.
• Portuguese is an advantage.
