Inventory Analyst
Job Purpose:
The Inventory Analyst ensures alignment across business functions by establishing effective S&OP processes with clear cadence and governance. This role uses advanced statistical and bias reduction techniques to improve forecasting accuracy, enabling better demand-supply balance, inventory optimization, and service levels.
Requirements:
- Planning experience or at least 3+ years direct professional experience in the role
- Bachelor's degree inEngineering or Business Administration
- Proficiency in SAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Shortage Forecasting for hours out, to days, weeks and months out.
- Data analysis on factory inventory
- Inventory Counts / Cycle Counts
- Inventory Adjustments
- Inventory accuracy improvement
- Develop and implement robust S&OP processes with structured schedules and governance to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Collect the demand from WSE-CNE-APAC-AMERICA of finish product manufactured in EMEA
- Organize a weekly meeting with manager to manage portfolio ad share to planner specialist
- Enhance forecast accuracy by applying advanced statistical techniques and reducing bias.
- Track and report key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels.
- Assess current planning practices, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions to boost efficiency.
