Funções que serão desempenhadas:

  • Liderar, mentorar e desenvolver engenheiros(as) de software e dados, promovendo uma cultura de excelência, colaboração e aprendizado contínuo.

  • Definir e gerenciar tarefas técnicas (Task management e Technical tasks definition), adaptando metodologias ágeis para otimizar o fluxo de entrega.

  • Realizar code reviews construtivos e orientar o time na adoção de design patterns e boas práticas.

  • Definir a visão técnica e a arquitetura para projetos que integrem aplicações de software, pipelines de dados e infraestrutura.

  • Garantir a escolha de tecnologias adequadas, considerando trade-offs de performance, custo, escalabilidade e manutenibilidade.

  • Desenvolver, otimizar e armazenar pipelines de dados robustos (ETL/ELT) focados em nossos datasets de feature store para alimentar modelos de Machine Learning.

  • Desenvolver e manter APIs e Web Services robustos e escaláveis para consumo analítico e integração de sistemas.

Requisitos necessários:

  • Experiência com gestão técnica de equipes (Teams management), definição de tarefas e paixão por ensinar e orientar desenvolvedores.

  • Domínio em Python e Java: Sólida experiência no ecossistema dessas linguagens voltada para Engenharia de Dados e Desenvolvimento Backend.

  • Big Data e Orquestração: Experiência avançada com Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) para processamento de grandes volumes e Apache Airflow para orquestração.

  • Cloud Data Warehouse: Vivência com Google BigQuery e BigTable (modelagem relacional/NoSQL e otimização de queries).

  • Infraestrutura e DevOps: Experiência com Kubernetes para orquestração de containers e práticas de CI/CD (Gitlab/Github).

  • Arquitetura: Capacidade de desenhar sistemas complexos visando alta disponibilidade e performance.

  • Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio complexos em soluções técnicas e falar com públicos técnicos e de negócios.

  • Olhar crítico para inovação, qualidade de código e melhoria contínua de processos.
