WhatYou’llBe Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver a diverse fleet of construction equipment to and from customer jobsites. Equipment fleet includes (but is not limited to) aerial, earthmovingand compaction equipment.

• Load and unload equipment; secure loaded equipment per company safe work procedures and inspect in transit if necessary.

• Complete thorough andaccuratedaily pre-inspections and post-inspections, regulatorylogsand timesheets.

• Check gas,oiland other fluid levels.

• Secure customer signature on contract, if not already signed.

• Inform supervisor of difficulties with deliveries or pickups.

• Inform management ofnew salesopportunities and job sites.

• Double check delivered items to make sure customers receive exactly what they ordered.

• Provide basic instruction to customers on the safe operation of equipment if necessary.

• Communicate with dispatch if behind schedule, so customers may be notified.

• Maintainaccuratedelivery and pickup records. If equipment is missing or broken upon pick up fill out theappropriate formsand get the customer’s signature.

• Tag and move broken equipment to repair area.

• Keep the truck in clean and professional condition at all times.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with a satisfactory driver’s abstract and commercial driving record (no more than three demerit points). You willbe requiredto provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.

• Comfortable with working outdoors year-round and driving in varying weather / road conditions.

• Comfortable with manual transmission.

• Physical stamina and ability to stand forlong periods. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.

• Highly safety-focused and professional; take pride in your vehicle and your responsibility as a driver.

• Experience with operation, loadsecurementand transportation of heavy-duty construction equipment on flat-bed trucks isrequired.

• Available and willing to work overtime whenrequiredand on an on-call rotation if required.

• Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and organization skills.

• Strong team-player with effective communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.

• Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team.
