- Proven success in corporate partnership development, employer engagement, or business development.
- Industry knowledge in healthcare, business & finance, construction & engineering, information technology, and media & design fields.
- At least two years prior experience in partnership and/or business development with a demonstrated book of business whom you can immediately engage.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting outreach and engagement goals.
- Event/project/volunteer management experience (Preferred).
- Experience in workforce development, career-connected learning, or youth programs (Preferred).
- Ability to take initiative and achieve goals with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable leading presentations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work within a results-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with New York Citys education landscape (Preferred).
- Willingness to travel to sites across New York City.
