The organization operates career centers, registered apprenticeship programs, and job training initiatives designed to equip job seekers with high-demand skills. By collaborating with employers, community organizations, and government agencies, it helps hundreds of thousands of individuals secure sustainable employment each year while driving regional economic growth.

We are a purpose-driven organization where support teams directly impact our ability to change the lives of the people and communities we serve. Throughout our US network and global family, our services span workforce and employment, education and training, and community support.

Equus Workforce Solutions is a member of the APM Group, a global network focused on enhancing a person’s health and wellbeing, independence, and employability.

We’re looking for a high-impact Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner who combines recruiting expertise, business partnership, data fluency, and an ownership mindset. This is an opportunity for a proactive talent professional who thrives in change, builds trust quickly, and knows how to turn complex hiring needs into smart, actionable talent strategies.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment primarily across Human Resources and Finance, while flexing across other corporate functions within our Workforce and Occupational Health businesses as business needs evolve. You’ll partner closely with leaders across multiple regions and brands, build proactive talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional experience from initial intake through hire.

We’re looking for more than someone who can manage requisitions. We need a go-getter, problem solver, team player, and change navigator who communicates early and often, uses data and KPIs to drive decisions, and can pivot confidently in a fast-moving environment. Strong ATS expertise is essential, with SmartRecruiters experience strongly preferred.

If you’re energized by transformation, motivated by measurable results, and ready to help shape a modern, scalable talent acquisition function across the nation, this could be your next opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Experience with acquisitions, contract-based work, and local projects is also highly valued.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and talent strategy through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to translate workforce needs into compelling candidate profiles, targeted sourcing strategies, and effective hiring plans.
  • Lead recruitment for Human Resources and Finance roles while flexing across corporate, Workforce, Occupational Health, and healthcare-related hiring needs as priorities shift.
  • Build proactive, sustainable talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, market insights, and recruiting technology.
  • Assess candidates thoughtfully against role requirements and guide hiring teams through an efficient, consistent, and engaging selection process.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by setting expectations, communicating proactively, solving problems, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the hiring journey.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across multiple APM U.S. regions and brands.
  • Maintain accurate, timely candidate and requisition data in the ATS, ensuring workflows, documentation, and reporting support operational and compliance requirements.
  • Use recruiting metrics, KPIs, and market data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, strengthen decision-making, and continuously improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Navigate evolving priorities with agility, helping leaders and teammates move confidently through change while championing scalable, forward-looking practices.
  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on employer branding, employee referrals, talent initiatives, process improvements, and inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Support recruiting needs associated with acquisitions, contracts, and local projects, adapting quickly to new business requirements and stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with organizational policies and applicable employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Step into new priorities as needed with flexibility, curiosity, and a team-first mindset.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. HR or Talent Acquisition certification preferred.
  • Proven experience recruiting for corporate functions, particularly Human Resources and Finance, with the versatility to support additional business areas.
  • Experience in Occupational Health, healthcare, or a related environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, contract-based work, and/or local project recruiting preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful talent-market strategies.
  • Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting technology; SmartRecruiters expertise strongly preferred.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and KPIs to influence priorities, identify opportunities, and improve results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong partnerships across candidates, hiring leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong judgment, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to navigate ambiguity, frequent change, multiple stakeholders, and evolving business priorities.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting best practices, applicable employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • A genuine passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering a high-quality, human-centered candidate and hiring manager experience.
