Unser Kunde ist ein österreichisches Unternehmen mit Sitz in Salzburg und zählt weltweit zu den führenden Anbietern in seinem Segment. Aktuell suchen wir einen Product Owner (m/w/d). Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement und Softwareentwicklung steuerst du den Product Backlog und treibst die Entwicklung innovativer Softwarelösungen mit Fokus auf Business Value, Kundennutzen und Qualität voran.

Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement und Softwareentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für die Priorisierung des Product Backlogs mit Fokus auf Business Value
  • Übersetzung von Anforderungen in Epics und User Stories für die Entwicklung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit UI/UX, Entwicklungsteams und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Aktive Einbindung der Kunden in den Produktentwicklungsprozess

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU) im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in moderner Softwareentwicklung und agilen Methoden (Scrum)
  • Know-how im Bereich IT-Security von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, kommunikationsstarke und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Attraktive Vergütung:

Das Mindestmonatsbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.900,00. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
