We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 6-10 years of experience in product management, with strong expertise in compliance-driven products, regulatory requirements, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable product solutions, and working closely with engineering, legal, risk, operations, and business teams to deliver compliant and customer-centric products.

This role requires a strong understanding of product lifecycle management along with the ability to interpret complex compliance requirements and convert them into clear product requirements, workflows, controls, and features.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to identify product requirements and regulatory dependencies.
• Translate applicable laws, regulations, compliance policies, and internal controls into actionable product requirements, workflows, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify compliance gaps and product risks and work with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate controls and remediation plans.
• Create detailed PRDs, user stories, process flows, product specifications, and documentation for engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, regulatory obligations, risk, and technical feasibility.
• Lead product reviews, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stakeholder discussions, and product launches.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, operational performance, compliance indicators, and customer outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure that compliance requirements are correctly implemented, tested, documented, and maintained.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during audits, regulatory reviews, control assessments, and compliance-related product initiatives.
• Continuously monitor regulatory and industry developments and assess their potential impact on existing and upcoming products.
• Drive improvements to product processes, controls, and user experiences while maintaining compliance and operational integrity.

Must-Have Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within regulated industries such as fintech, banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, payments, SaaS, or other compliance-heavy environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with compliance-focused product development and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to convert complex compliance requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls, governance, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.
• Proven experience managing products through the complete product lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps, and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance business objectives, customer experience, technical constraints, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with regulatory bodies, auditors, compliance teams, or risk functions.
• Exposure to APIs, data privacy, security, identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC/AML, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
• Familiarity with product analytics and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Experience launching products in multiple markets or jurisdictions.
