HR Generalist

Join the Alumil Team as a HR Generalist!

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to support and coordinate key stages of the end-to-end employee lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and department managers to support employee development, champion our workplace culture, and handle core day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support HR policies and initiatives aligned with the Group’s goals and strategy.
• Participate in and coordinate recruitment processes to attract top talent and support the company’s Employer Brand.
• Support performance appraisal processes, facilitate onboarding experiences, and coordinate L&D activities.
• Execute initiatives that boost employee engagement, foster inclusion, promote workplace wellbeing, and maintain a positive working environment.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collaborating closely with payroll operations.
• Provide daily guidance and support to employees on HR procedures, policies, and workplace matters.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MSc in Human Resource Management will be highly appreciated.
• Proficiency with HRIS / ATS platforms and MS Office tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong empathy and organizational skills.
