At Ericsson, we are building the next generation of our in-house Talent Acquisition organisation. Our ambition is to create a globally connected, highly consultative Talent Acquisition function where our TA Partners are trusted advisers to the business, combining market expertise, technology and data to make better hiring decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us during that transformation and help shape how we attract, engage and hire the talent that will drive Ericsson forward.

We are looking for a fluent French-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner based in Casablanca or Rabat, Morocco, or Cairo, Egypt.

About this opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage recruitment end to end while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

You will bring together strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, sourcing capability and market insight to develop hiring strategies that deliver the right talent for Ericsson.

You will also have access to modern recruitment technology, including AI-enabled talent tools, helping you identify talent, build pipelines and make data-informed decisions.

Most importantly, you will play a key role in ensuring both candidates and hiring managers receive a high-quality, consistent and inclusive recruitment experience.

What you will do

Partner with the business

Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, understanding their talent requirements and translating them into effective recruitment strategies.

Lead end-to-end recruitment

Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial role calibration and attraction strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer and onboarding.

Find and engage great talent

Develop targeted sourcing strategies and proactively build talent pipelines using tools such as Eightfold AI, LinkedIn Talent Insights and other digital sourcing channels.

Bring market insight

Use talent intelligence, recruitment data and your understanding of the external market to advise hiring managers and help shape realistic, effective hiring strategies.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience

Represent Ericsson in the market and ensure candidates receive clear, engaging and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.

Drive structured and inclusive hiring

Support hiring managers in running fair, consistent and objective selection processes, while championing inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.

Support offer and onboarding

Partner with relevant stakeholders throughout the offer process and maintain candidate engagement through to their first day at Ericsson.

Use technology to work smarter

Embrace AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, talent matching, scheduling and the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.

Maintain quality and compliance

Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable local requirements, data privacy standards and Ericsson policies while maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality.

What you will bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with the confidence to operate as a trusted partner to the business.

You will ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, gained within an in-house, RPO or recruitment agency environment.
  • Fluent French language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge when appropriate.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience proactively identifying and engaging talent.
  • An interest in using technology, AI and talent intelligence to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities.
  • A commitment to delivering an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Adaptability, resilience, curiosity and a results-focused approach.
  • A bachelor's degree is advantageous but not essential.
