Cloud Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Present appropriate cloud products and solutions to customers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Provide technical consultations and demonstrations to help customers understand the value and benefits of cloud solutions.
  • Design and propose cloud architectures that meet customers' specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored solutions for each individual customer.
  • Offer technical support to customers before and after sales, including resolving queries and issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies to develop modern and innovative solutions for customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical sales or supporting cloud solution sales.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and related architectures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and effectively address customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English at a professional level.
