Job description

Key Perfomance Area

• Monitor, analyse and optimise allocated plant processes to improve safety, efficiency, reliability, availability and environmental performance.
• Investigate process deviations, equipment performance losses and recurring plant problems; determine root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop, evaluate and manage plant modifications through the approved engineering change process, including design reviews, risk assessments, commissioning and post-implementation verification.
• Plan and execute engineering projects and technical work packages by defining scope, requirements, risks, resources, schedules, quality controls and acceptance criteria.
• Provide authoritative process-engineering advice to Operations, Maintenance, Chemistry, Projects and management, supported by accurate calculations, technical reports, standards and plant-performance data.
