The Job

• Deliver effective lectures and tutorials for Business Management-related programmes.
• Prepare and deliver engaging teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Assist students with academic activities, assignments, projects, and coursework.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Conduct assessments, marking, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Prepare examination papers, marking schemes, and related academic materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance where required.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, seminars, and other departmental activities.
• Maintain accurate academic and student-related records.
• Collaborate with academic staff and programme coordinators to ensure effective delivery of programmes.
• Stay updated with current developments, trends, and practices in Business Management.
• Undertake any other academic responsibilities assigned by the relevant Head of Department.

The Person

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Business Management and related subject areas.
• Previous teaching, lecturing, tutoring, or industry experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and student-handling skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
• Good organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant digital learning tools.
