• Managing batch creation/RMS.
• Updating academic calendars.
• Handling class timetables, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Student & Faculty Communication

• Providing students with course information.
• Acting as the primary liaison between students, lecturers, and management.
• Handling tutor coordination.
• Following up on student payment communications.

Data & Records Management

• Maintaining accurate academic records.
• Managing student files and documentation.
• Tracking administrative progress.

Quality Assurance

• Collecting lecture evaluation reports.
• Gathering student feedback.
• Maintaining quality standards.
• Supporting academic program delivery.

Event & Logistics Planning

• Coordinating lecturer allocation based on ratings and availability.
• Organizing internal academic operations, orientations, and meetings.
• THE Person

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role or field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of academic administration and student lifecycle management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
