Ihre Aufgaben:
- Qualitäts- und Standardkontrollen in den Gästezimmern
- Kontrolle der VIP-Zimmer und deren tägliche Bestückung
- Erstellen und Kontrolle von Reparaturaufträgen
- Verwaltung der Fundsachen
- Bearbeiten der Gästewäsche und deren Kontrolle nach der Bearbeitung
- Erfüllen von Gästewünschen bzw. Weiterleiten dieser an die Dienstleister und Kontrolle über die Ausführung der übertragenen Aufgaben
Ihr Profil:
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Hausdamenbereich
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach
- Fachkompetenz, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Protel (PMS) - und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
