Team Leader (Duct)

1. Supervise and coordinate the ducting team to ensure timely and efficient installation and maintenance of ductwork systems.
2. Ensure all ducting work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
3. Monitor and report the progress of ductwork installation and address any issues that arise.
4. Inspect ductwork quality to ensure proper sizing, alignment, and sealing in accordance with required standards.
5. Provide guidance, training, and technical support to ducting team members.
6. Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team follows all required safety procedures on-site.
7. Maintain records of completed work, report progress, and document any issues or changes.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

1. Associate Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
2. At last 3 years of experience in Duct installation.
3. Good knowledge of AC/MVAC systems, tools, and related equipment.
4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
5. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
