1. Supervise and coordinate plumbing technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
2. Ensure all plumbing work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
3. Monitor plumbing activities and resolve issues to ensure the project remains on schedule.
4. Inspect plumbing installations to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
5. Provide guidance, training, and technical support to the plumbing team.
6. Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe working practices are followed on-site.
7. Maintain records of completed work, report progress, and document any issues or changes.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
1. Associate Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
2. At last 3 years of experience in plumbing installation.
3. Good knowledge of AC/MVAC systems, tools, and related equipment.
4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
5. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
