Fleet Administrator
Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and proactiveFleet Administrator to join our New South Wales team on apermanent part time basis. The role will be based at Sydney Airport.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail to utilise their fleet knowledge and make a difference to Europcar's NSW operations.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Oversee maintenance network for New South Wales, complying with WHS requirements and manufacturer standards
Optimum file quality and customer service with vehicle conditions and accuracy of recordings
Work with Defleet Coordinator ensuring fleet meets handback criteria with effective costs
Minimal Vehicle Off Road time
Support communication to Stations on quality, customer service & vehicle condition to enhance and lead continual improvement.
Integrity, adherence and legality of financial approvals within control
Perform tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Europcar's values
To be considered for this role you need the following:
Previous fleet experience or frontline operational experience is highly advantageous
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy - medium excel skills and learns internal systems quickly
Strong skills in planning, organising and determining priorities
Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written
