Business Analyst

We currently have a vacancy for an Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site and off site.

Your tasks

• Design a solution;
• Evaluate business context, drivers and expected outcomes;
• Elicit, validate and document business requirements;
• Analyse and model business processes and workflows;
• Identify process inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities;
• Produce business and functional specifications;
• Follow the implementation of a solution;
• Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability;
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities;
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings;
• Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 9 years post-secondary professional experience;
• Minimum of 6 years working as business analyst;
• Working experience in agile/scrum environment;
• Experience in UML/BPMN & Jira;
• At least one of the following certifications would be required:
• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA);
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP);
• Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC);
• Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA);
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP);
• Excellent command of the English language.
