Missions
- Design, build, and enhance scalable backend systems supporting LLM-driven products and internal platforms.
- Own infrastructure and services for reliable deployment, experimentation, and iteration of AI-powered systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver reusable, scalable solutions.
Profil recherché
- Experience owning and delivering complex technical projects- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Success in startup or high-growth environments valuing speed, collaboration, and ownership
- Proficiency in Python or other languages (Go, Java, C++)
- Proficiency delivering production-ready code, managing infrastructure, and building RESTful APIs to industry standards
- Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and performance
- Background with AI systems, LLMs, or machine learning infrastructure
- Experience in legal tech or social impact-driven products
- Prior work supporting internal platforms or developer-facing tools
