Overview

As our Customer Care Executive, you will look after yoga, pilates and boutique fitness studios across the DACH market and make sure they keep growing with Eversports.

You will join our new Partner Retention team, which supports studios that have been with us for more than a year. Instead of waiting for tickets, you will look after your own portfolio of partners and use data and customer insights to reach out proactively, help them get more value from Eversports and secure contract renewals. As the team is being built almost from scratch, you will also help shape how we work.

Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week with every second Friday off!

Location: Vienna, Austria

Your Tasks

• Own a portfolio of German-speaking B2B partners in the DACH market
• Reach out proactively based on customer insights and decide where you can make the biggest difference
• Hold regular video calls and meetings to help partners get lasting value from Eversports
• Lead sensitive conversations calmly, from unhappy partners to cancellation risks
• Recommend features and handle contract renewals and price discussions
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams and share partner feedback to make our software even better
• Start with a deep divein our Onboarding & Activation team to get to know the product and our partners
• Help build our new Partner Retention team and the way it works

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management or customer care
• Native/C2 level German and fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• You are confident on the phone and on video calls and enjoy reaching out to partners proactively
• You stay calm and empathetic in difficult conversations and can steer them towards a good outcome
• You are highly self-organised and can prioritise a large portfolio without a ticket queue telling you what's next
• First sales experience, e.g. pitching features or negotiating prices, is a plus
• Knowledge of how studios work (classes, memberships, trainers) is a plus
• Fluency in another language, ideally French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian or Swedish, is a plus
• You have a passion for sports, movement or the sports industry

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 36,000 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
