Senior Full Stack Developer

Description

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer focused on AI Capabilities, you design, develop, maintain, and support our core marketing websites, web applications, APIs, and related services. You serve as the primary technical anchor for web initiatives within the Marketing unit, bridging third-party platform integrations (AWS, Monday.com, Google services) and pioneering the practical introduction of advanced AI capabilities into our products, operational processes, and development workflows.

What you will be doing:

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Translate business and design requirements into secure, scalable, accessible, and high-performing solutions, owning full-stack features from technical design through deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and documentation.
• AI Implementation & Integration: Identify and deliver high-value AI use cases utilizing LLM APIs, automation, RAG, and related technologies, ensuring responsible practices for evaluation, data privacy, security, observability, cost control, and human oversight.
• Architecture & Full-Stack Development: Design and implement robust front-end applications, back-end services, APIs, databases, and seamless third-party platform integrations (including AWS, Monday.com, and Google services).
• Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, UX/UI, QA, DBAs, IT, and security stakeholders across the Agile development lifecycle (planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives).
• Engineering Standards & Code Quality: Maintain elite technical standards through clean code, automated testing, code reviews, source control, security controls, and continuous improvements to performance, reliability, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
• Production Support & Incident Management: Monitor live production systems, investigate incidents and vulnerabilities, perform thorough root-cause analysis, and implement lasting system improvements.
• Technical Guidance & Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend solutions that drive measurable business value, and mentor or share knowledge with fellow developers.

• Full-Stack Engineering Mastery: Extensive professional experience building and scaling modern web applications across both front-end and back-end architectures.
• AI & LLM Integration Expertise: Proven capability in deploying practical AI solutions, integrating LLM APIs, and building RAG or automated workflows while managing security, privacy, and cost constraints.
• Ecosystem & Cloud Integration: Strong background integrating complex third-party services, cloud environments (such as AWS), and enterprise tooling (Monday.com, Google services).
• Engineering Best Practices: Deep commitment to secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and rigorous Agile collaboration.
