As a Product Delivery Manager, reporting to the Casino Backoffice and Regulatory Requirements Department Lead, you will play a key role in translating business, compliance, and regulatory needs into clear, actionable product requirements and ensuring their successful delivery. You will work on complex internal products and services where multiple initiatives, dependencies, and changing requirements need to be managed in parallel.

You will be:

  • Planning and coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, dependencies, capacity, and business needs.
  • Working closely with Compliance, Product, Technical Operations and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify expectations, and identify dependencies and risks early.

  • Creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it reflects functional, regulatory, compliance, and technical needs.
  • Ensuring requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and testable, with appropriate acceptance criteria and consideration of edge cases.
  • Owning and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning priorities and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
  • Defining long-term, short-term, and daily priorities, adapting them as requirements, risks, or business priorities change.
  • Identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and potential delivery blockers, ensuring they are addressed proactively.
  • Driving the release and maintenance lifecycle of features and services, from initial requirement clarification through delivery and go-live.
  • Ensuring that proposed changes are evaluated from the perspectives of usability, performance, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Handling urgent issues and unexpected requests, helping the team and stakeholders assess impact, prioritize effectively, and reach timely decisions.
  • Monitoring delivery progress and proactively communicating status, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope or priorities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Cooperating with other Product Delivery Managers to continuously improve delivery practices, share knowledge, and build consistency across the department.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in a technology environment.

  • The ability to translate business and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to clarify conflicting expectations and facilitate decisions.
  • Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining the bigger-picture view of the product and delivery goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and make pragmatic decisions when priorities shift.
