岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、基于电商平台的海量用户、交易数据，结合数理统计、数据挖掘和机器学习等技术，设计可执行的方案并推动产品、运营或战略决策;

2、通过部署A/B实验来加快产品或策略的迭代，具备深入分析实验结果并给出前瞻性指引的能力。

3、和运营，产品，工程师、分析等团队密切合作，部署和落地数据模型、数据产品和工具;

4、深入理解业务问题，运用数据和算法技能，抽象出相关模型，为业务方提供高可用的解决方案;

任职要求 / Requirements

1、重点院校硕士及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学等专业背景，博士优先;

2、5年以上相关工作经验，有领导重要数据决策项目（增长召回、营销补贴、推荐系统、业务分析、趋势预测等）的成熟经验;

3、掌握行业领先的AB实验方法论：了解实验过程中的分流方式、延滞作用等知识，掌握因果推断领域最新理论;

4、扎实的编程基础(Python/SQL/Scala等)、大数据平台使用经验(Spark/Flink/AWS等)和数据分析、数据挖掘工(R,Tableau,TensorFlow/PyTorch)的使用能力;

5、良好的团队合作意识和积极主动的owner意识。
