About the Client

A major telecommunications operator providing wireless voice, messaging, and high-speed data services. Through strategic acquisitions, the company has expanded its market presence to serve over a hundred million subscribers. Today, it leverages nationwide 5G coverage and AI-driven customer engagement platforms to deliver scalable, high-performance connectivity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements validation, solution build, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, mock conversions, cutover, and hypercare
• Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, work breakdown structure, RACI matrix, delivery milestones, and scope baseline
• Partner with the client’s project management team to manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical and functional teams across the Washington, DC headquarters and regional offices
• Lead daily synchronization meetings and provide clear status reporting across System Integrator teams, Adenza, and client stakeholders
• Establish and manage formal defect-triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution processes using Jira and Xray
• Monitor and enforce P1-P4 defect response and resolution service-level agreements
• Identify, document, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Maintain current project status, actions, risks, and decisions within Monday.com and Jira
• Coordinate Azure integration activities and data-migration dress rehearsals
• Support Organizational Change Management activities and technical training plans
• Manage project governance, executive reporting, escalation paths, and cross-party decision-making
• Drive delivery toward the targeted Q3 2028 production go-live and subsequent hypercare period

What You Bring

• Extensive, senior-level experience in project management experience leading complex, front-to-back Calypso implementation programs
• Strong understanding of Calypso front-to-back business and technical workflows
• Proven experience managing large-scale financial-services or capital-markets technology implementations
• Experience leading projects across requirements, design, build, testing, conversion, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing processes
• Experience managing data migrations, mock conversions, and production dress rehearsals
• Understanding of Azure integration lifecycles
• Demonstrated expertise in scope, schedule, resource, dependency, risk, and change management
• Experience establishing and maintaining integrated schedules, work breakdown structures, RACI matrices, and scope baselines
• Strong defect-management experience, including triage, severity classification, escalation, and SLA tracking
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Xray, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project
• PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Spanish proficiency is considered an asset

• Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $140-150/hr USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within the United States, and business needs.
