The Ideal Candidate:

You will be an already well established Studio Manager in a digital business (online trading would be perfect), that can balance the hyper-organised discipline of an air traffic controller with the high-stress resilience of a floor trader. You respect the creative process but are driven by performance metrics like turnaround times, capacity percentages, and creative asset conversion rates. You ultimately are focussed on being part of the organisations to drive revenue and profit growth. • Manage high-volume funnels: Track deliverables for continuous A/B testing, including landing pages, paid social ads, performance marketing banners, and app store graphics.

  • Synchronise multi-channel launches: Align creative timelines with product updates, platform feature rollouts, and new asset class introduction

Team and Capacity Operations

  • Assess capacity: Forecast team workload to prevent burnout and flag when external freelance support is needed.

  • Run standups: Lead daily or weekly status meetings to align the team on immediate priorities.

  • Optimise tools: Manage project management software (e.g. Jira) and collaboration tools.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control

  • Enforce legal compliance: Embed mandatory compliance review loops into the production lifecycle to ensure all designs and copy include required risk warnings.

  • Audit brand consistency: Guard brand standards across diverse formats, ensuring educational webinars, market analysis videos, and affiliate partner banners look cohesive.

  • Standardise legal updates: Update global footers, terms, and risk disclosures across all active creative templates simultaneously when regulations change..

  • Manage digital assets: Oversee the organization, file-naming conventions, and storage of assets in the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system.

  • Oversee production: Coordinate with external vendors for overflow delivery

Stakeholder Communication

  • Manage expectations: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients regarding project status and timelines.

  • Resolve conflicts: Negotiate competing priorities when multiple departments request creative resources simultaneously.

  • Report metrics: Track and report on team velocity, project volume, and resource utilisation to leadership.

  • Experience in fast-paced digital, performance, or ad agencies where quick pivots and high volume are normal.

  • Experience managing pipelines for performance marketing, content marketing, affiliates . IBs, CRM, web / appstores

  • Experience coordinating video production and motion graphics pipelines for YouTube ads, market analysis updates, and educational webinars.

  • Experience managing translation workflows and asset adaptation for multiple regions, languages, and cultural nuances simultaneously.

  • Experience embedding compliance and legal checkpoints directly into the creative production lifecycle to prevent unauthorized content from going live.

  • Experience in technology solutions for project and creative asset management (ie Jira, DAM)
