Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including marketing campaigns, social media, customer feedback, and market research.
• Use statistical methods to interpret data, including behavioral data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for marketing and PR strategies.

Marketing Campaign Performance and Monitoring

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (such as ROI (Return on Investment)), across all business domains of Yeremyan Projects and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager of the company.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, advertising) to optimize campaign performance within each industry segment of the company.
• Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and PR initiatives within different business domains of the company.

PR Impact Assessment

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyzes of media coverage and complete sentiment analysis to evaluate PR campaign effectiveness within different business domains of the company.
• Assess the impact of PR initiatives on brand perception, awareness, and reputation management specific to each industry sector.

Digital Marketing

• Use pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics.
• Utilize email marketing tools to create and execute email campaigns, analyze engagement metrics, and segment audiences effectively.
• Use social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
• Interpret digital analytics data (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

CRM Management

• Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for customer databases.
• Use customer data to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications strategies aligned with industry-specific needs.

Market Research

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, competitors, and challenges specific to agriculture/dairy production, and restaurant sectors.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings to inform strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred with a focus on Data Analytics.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the agriculture, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis with the use of statistical tools, and ability to use data visualization tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, other).
• Experience in CRM systems and database management is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data analysis clearly and effectively, using visual aids where necessary.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, and other relevant departments to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
