ETL Developer - ODI/IICS

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with hands-on expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 11g/12c) or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ETL processes, supporting data migration and integration activities, and working with data warehouse and data mart solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using ODI 11g/12c or IICS.
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages.
- Implement data migration and data integration solutions to support business and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for enterprise data warehouses and data marts.
- Apply data warehousing architecture principles to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, investigate data discrepancies, and optimize job performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable data integration solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for ETL workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic.
Essential Skills :
- 5 - 6 years of hands-on ETL development experience using either ODI 11g/12c or IICS.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience in data migration and data integration techniques.
- Good understanding of data warehousing architecture and methodologies.
- Experience working with data warehouses and/or data marts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience in enterprise data warehouse modelling and database modelling techniques.
- Exposure to other ETL tools, such as Informatica.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
Qualifications :
- B.E. or any relevant educational qualification.
