IT Assistant

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of IT or ERP support experience.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and SQL is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for the ERP system and users.
• Assist with ERP maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors when needed.
