To support the Org. in driving business objectives by effectively managing people and human resources strategy thru managing HR Ops, ER, PMS and Engagement.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes
- Manage HR policies and procedures across business units
- Prepare HR reports based on dashboards (MIS / HRIS)
- Employee services and advisory
- Coordinate annual PMS (Performance Mgt. Process).
- Monitor PMS review and KPI calibration.
- Performance gaps and recommend PDP actions.
- Support PMS discussions, PDP cycle and goal registration
- Manage disciplinary procedures
- Investigate, conduct fact-finding and hold disciplinary and rehabs
- Advise disciplinary actions and corrective actions
- Promote drivers of employee engagement and retention
- Conduct employee happiness surveys and actions
- Develop retention initiatives for critical talent.

- Professional qualifications in L&D
- Work experience 3-5 years
- In manufacturing, service or other process-driven industries

- Data Presentation: converts data into relevant insights and foresights
- Clear-Communication: communicates ideas simply and confidently
