As part of the Region and Service Line Operations COE Support team, the Senior Analyst would have to handle multiple responsibilities like Project Management, Reporting & Analysis, Delivery management, Client relationship management etc. Will have to perform financial reporting, Sales & Operations reporting, variance analysis and other adhoc projects. The major responsibilities of the role include preparing/ reviewing management reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analysis. The role requires a strong know on Advanced Excel, PowerBi and Power Point with work ethics and attention to detail for a highly regarded team that focuses on accuracy and timeliness. Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze Sales & Pipeline reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Manage and support Revenue Reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate and track programs and projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Provide support for Revenue Planning activities, including forecasts and performance tracking.
• Maintain and update reporting tools, dashboards, and data repositories.
• Develop leadership presentations and executive-ready PowerPoint decks for reviews and decision-making.
• Capture, track, and drive closure of action items from leadership meetings.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across teams to support reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of account structures, client hierarchies, and business portfolios.
• Support cross-functional teams through effective communication, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as required by leadership.

Skills and attributes for success

• Skilled in designing interactive dashboards, reports, and visual narratives that enable stakeholders to quickly interpret trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
• Presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to drive meetings, build presentations that interpret the data, creating valuable business insights and delivering the message to the stakeholders
• Work under minimal direction/supervision - Be accountable for projects assigned, take complete ownership and drive projects end to end
• Business acumen and Adaptability - Capable of quickly understanding the needs of the business and be able to align with changing customer expectations
• Quick learner - Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span
• Attention to detail - Utmost importance to numbers, formatting etc.
• Excellent Communication - Listening, reading, writing & speaking skills
• MS Office skills: Advanced level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint.
• Power BI/Other BI tools/ Alteryx - Data Integration and Data Visualization etc.
• High degree of professionalism and integrity

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduate / Post-graduate - (Business Administration, Information and Data Science) with 3 - 6 years’ work experience in professional services industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• The role demands expertise in Power BI and related Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate, to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions. A strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness are essential to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Experience doing secondary research using Google and other external sources like Factiva, Company Inforgator, BoardEx, OneSource etc
• Content management - Familiar with maintenance of SharePoint, preparation of newsletters, managing surveys etc.
