EY GDS Poland is part of a global network dedicated to integrated service delivery. We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to support our GDS Consulting team.
The opportunity
As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analytics and KPI tracking, contributing to various operational functions across the organization. This is your chance to gain invaluable insights into the operations of a consultancy and help shape its future.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence by supporting KPIs in business delivery, learning and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation that add value for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular analyses of budgets, productivity, and utilization, along with ad hoc assessments to meet business needs.
- Collaborate on the budgeting process by developing the Market Leadership Plan for headcount and utilization targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to consulting teams and leadership, providing timely reports, presentations, and insights.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
- Prepare and quality-check reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation for future reference.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in Polish.
