In this role, you will lead complex SAP implementation programmes, working alongside international teams and senior client stakeholders across various industries. Your scope of duties
- Lead clients through IT transformation into SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Manage greenfield, brownfield, and mix-and-match SAP implementation programmes using various methodologies, including Agile.
- Define, plan, and execute project deliverables while monitoring progress against agreed objectives.
- Ensure the successful delivery of SAP implementation projects, maintaining quality standards and timelines.
- Support business development activities, identify service opportunities, and contribute to RFP responses.
- Coordinate distributed and multicultural project teams throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and project sponsors.
Our requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
- Proven track record of managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and a solid understanding of the end-to-end programme lifecycle.
- Previous consulting experience and practical SAP implementation expertise.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- One or more industry-recognised certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, or PMI-ACP.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel within Poland and across the European Union.
Additional assets
- Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.
- SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager - SAP Activate certification.
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience managing external vendors as a client representative.
- Experience in change management, business analysis, and business process transformation.
- Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN.
