The opportunity

We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist in Almaty to support brand visibility, thought leadership, and engagement across social media channels.

What will you do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen EY’s brand presence, thought leadership, and audience engagement across Central Asia.
• Create, manage, and publish high-quality content across social media channels.

• Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely digital presence aligned with business priorities, campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Analyze campaign performance, prepare insights and recommendations, and continuously optimize content and channel effectiveness using social media analytics and reporting tools.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing in a corporate business.
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Social media campaigns
  • Copywriting and content creation
  • Video content and reels
  • Thought leadership and personal branding content
  • Storytelling across digital channels
• Excellent content writing and editing skills.
• Strong storytelling abilities and creative thinking.
• Experience developing and managing social media campaigns, including paid campaigns.
• Understanding of social media analytics, performance reporting, audience insights, and campaign optimization.
• Experience creating content calendars and managing multiple social media platforms.
• Ability to transform complex business content into engaging social media stories.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Portfolio Required

• Please submit examples of social media campaigns, content writing, storytelling projects, LinkedIn content, video/reel creation, paid campaigns, and analytics reporting.
