The opportunity

The Supervising Associate is responsible for leading the successful delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs across a complex portfolio of stakeholders, priorities, and workstreams. This role plans, coordinates, and advances learning initiatives that align with business objectives, deliver measurable results, and create impactful learner experiences.

Acting as both a program leader and trusted advisor, the Supervising Associate translates evolving business needs into structured, scalable, and outcome-focused learning solutions. The role requires strong judgment, stakeholder management, and execution excellence, while driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the learning portfolio through the use of frameworks, data-driven insights, and best practices.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity. You know how to keep work moving across multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly with leaders, and bring sound judgment to ambiguous situations. You are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves in delivery and stepping back to improve how work gets done across the team.

This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

  • Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions.
  • Design and deploy impactful learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices, with a focus on business relevance and program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by helping scale better ways of working, increasing consistency, and supporting strong delivery across the team.
  • Work effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs, strong communication, and clarity on ownership and next steps.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication for different audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams, functions, and geographies.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
